Heist Squad Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Enrollment By enrolling in the Heist Squad membership program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Membership is open to individuals aged 21 and older. Proof of age may be required. To enroll, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested.

2. Membership Benefits Heist Squad members are entitled to:

• Early access to new product releases.

• Special rewards and offers as determined by Bud Bandit.

3. Membership Fees The Program may involve a one-time fee or recurring charges, as specified at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable and subject to change. Any changes in fees will be communicated in advance.

4. Membership Duration Membership is valid for a period specified at the time of enrollment. Membership renewals and extensions are subject to the terms in effect at the time of renewal.

5. Account Management Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information. Any changes to personal information must be updated promptly. Bud Bandit is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

6. Termination and Cancellation Bud Bandit reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions. Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting customer service. Refunds, if any, will be provided as per the terms specified at the time of cancellation.

7. Use of Benefits Benefits provided through the Program are non-transferable and must be used by the member whose account is associated with the benefits. Discounts and rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified.

8. Changes to Terms Bud Bandit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Privacy Policy Your participation in the Program is subject to Bud Bandit’s Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability Bud Bandit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Program or the use of benefits. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
